Wearing a lifejacket does not replace a swimming requirement.
We may ask for testimony regarding a minor’s swimming ability. For small children, a video clip of that minor swimming may be requested.
We are required to turn away any participant when in doubt of their swimming ability.
Safe ratios of adults to children are always a consideration.
Our Staff and Instructors are NOT required to be currently Certified Lifeguards.
Not every participant can safely paddle board. We ask paddlers to be of sufficient height, weight, and strength to control the large boards in existing wind conditions.
We are required to turn away any participant when in doubt of any safety issues.
